Mrs. Henry's Julep Hootenanny Remastered

Now, to kick off this project, we have at long last completed the task of remastering Mrs. Henry’s Julep Hootenanny, the recording that either started it all, or nearly ended it all, depending on your point of view. By remastered, we mean, rescued from a pile of detritus and transferred from analog to digital. We also pressed a button which said “normalize” at one point. Although, frankly, this seemed antithetical to our whole ethos. We also pressed the button for “noise reduction” despite the fact that this too is very much against everything Mrs. Henry once stood for. But times change. And we must do what we can to satisfy the cravings of an age that prefers its music with noise reduced, and its bands with the normalize button on. If that is what it takes to introduce a new generation to the Julep Hootenanny, so be it. A small price to pay.
